Shipping & returns

Returns and full refunds accepted within 14 days of sale and must be accompanied with original receipt of sale. Refunds after 14 days are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Returned item must be unused and in original packaging. Bikes are not refundable but store credit is considered depending on condition of bike. Some exclusions may apply.
