Louis Garneau Fit Sensor 2 Men's Short

Not every day can be 85 degrees and sunny, but that doesn't mean you always need to layer up for winter to stay comfortable. Louis Garneau designed the Fit Sensor 2 Shorts to help your body regulate internal temperatures when the external temperatures are moderate, falling between the extremes of summer and winter. You get all the LG fundamentals, such as a 10-panel anatomical construction, seamless inner thighs, back and bottom reflective logos, and flatlock seams, but it's the fabric that's the star.

Fit Sensor is LG's do-it-all fabric, presenting a nylon outer layer to the elements that's abrasion-resistant and keeps out wind. The material's inner layer is brushed polyester, whose soft touch insulates lightly and wicks moisture away from your skin. The high Lycra content ensures a comfortable fit and provides gently compressive muscle support to reduce the fatiguing effects of road vibration. LG also incorporates Powerbands at the cuffs to keep the shorts in place with yet more compression.

The AirZone chamois features a smooth transition from pad to fabric to eliminate pinching and chafing. LG also reduces the size of the vents in the chamois, but doubles their number, which increases comfort and durability. The seamless, four-way stretch AirZone is finished with an anti-bacterial treatment and pre-molded wings to add comfort while protecting against inner-thigh chafing.
